Payments are processed securely by PayPal. Paypal accepts all major credit cards. You can pay either using your credit card or by logging into your PayPal account if you have one. .
I also accept payment through Direct Debit from Australian customers. Please e-mail me at with your order request and I will send you my bank details.
All prices are in Australian dollars (A$). The price of each product is inclusive of the Australian goods and services tax (GST). Pricing is subject to change without notice. Once payment is complete, please allow up to 3-4 days for products in stock to ship.
International buyers are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees that may be associated with the shipping/ import of your purchase. These are not included in the purchase price. Please contact your local Customs office for information on Duty in your locality.
Manresa Design is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Please be considered in your purchases, as all items from Manresa Design are unique and handcrafted, I cannot issue refunds if you simply change your mind. If a piece is damaged or an incorrect item is sent, please send the item back within 14 working days and email me of the situation. Once the item is received I can assess the situation and I can either replace the item or refund you.
If any product is faulty then you are entitled to a refund, or to have the product repaired or exchanged. The piece must be returned within 30 days of purchase and with receipt.
Shipping / Postage
We aim to pack and ship all orders within 3 to 4 business days of when your order is placed when stock is available Therefore please allow postage times on top of the days to send, if you are interstate (from Queensland), rural, or overseas. Where products need to be made to order an estimate of production and shipping time will be provided.
Products will be shipped via regular Australia Post to the address supplied unless otherwise agreed. Products will not be posted until delivery payments are finalised. Manresa Design is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the postal service.
Shipping (small parcel up to 5 kg) within Australia is at a flat rate of $10. This rate includes tracking.
Please contact Manresa Design via email for a quote for shipping rates for overseas customers. Manresa Design reserves the right to refund orders to customers from countries that do not have a reliable postal service.
Manresa Design does not provide customer information to any third parties. Manresa Design may contact you in the future with relevant information (ie. new product information or events). If you do not wish to receive this information, please let us know.
For custom orders a quote and invoice will be sent out first and work will commence once payment has been made in full. Please note that due to fluctuating metal prices each quote can only be held for 5 days from the given quote date.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on the website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
